My bad

MGD
I just got the truck and I haven't washed it, but it looks pretty clean so someone else might have.
I put the Berryman's in because I've had good luck with it in the past, but many people have mentioned alternatives they like (Lucas, SeaFoam, etc). Unfortunately I should probably wait until I run through this tank of gas.
The DTC codes were at home earlier, which is why I didn't post them. The one's I got from taking it to the shop were P0304, P0305, P0308, and P0401. The shop didn't mention doing anything about the P0401, they just wanted to change out the 4 coil packs, which I did to save money, but to no avail. Since changing out the 4 coil packs, I got P0308 the first time (after which I inspected the plug) and P0301 the second time.
I'm a little anxious to get it running, so I've been trying things based on what you guys recommend and others that I talk to. Not sure why you're ragging on me about not accepting your help???

As for additives, I gave you what actually works, not what some people 'like' (the two you mentioned above do not work, and one of them is actually harmful).
Stay engaged - work with 'Brew'.

To be clear, I'm not suggesting this specific issue is gonna be fixed with an additive - I just wanted to let you know what to use ( or not to use), in general.

I haven't done mechanic work in a long time, and everything has changed significantly. I'm having fun delving into this, but at the same time, I want to limit my costs. I'm only guessing that it might be the gas since the history seems to indicate different cylinders are misfiring with every new CEL. I'm guessing the other alternatives are that it's the PCM (I only recently figured out what it is and have no idea what I'd be getting into with that), or maybe the fuel injectors, or may the EGR system (except that it seems to always miss, though it's much worse at higher speeds).
I haven't been driving the truck, fearing that the misfires might cause a catalytic converter problem (according to the shop I took it to). Now I've decided to run some gas through it and see what it does. Almost everything I've done, I did before finding this site., though I'm hesitant to replace all the plugs and coil packs since the plugs have been changed and all coil packs that have reported misfires have been changed.

The P0401 is an EGR issue (insufficient flow). There are several causes for it. Bad EGR valve, bad DPFE, bad hoses to the DPFE, plugged EGR ports. Pull the vacuum hose off the EGR valve, hook another hose to it, and suck on it with the engine idling. It should stumble and maybe even stall.
If it's missing @ idle. Just pull the green line from EGR and let it hang in the wind. If the idle changes at all, -take it for a drive. If it runs ALLOT better, the EVR is faulty and holding the valve open 100%. That WILL cause Multiple and Random misfiring, - IF that's the case.
