i went and put a bottle of Techron in my tank and im still getting po174 and po171 checked hoses for leaks nothing. I change plugs motorcraft. i dont know what to do next ?

try going back to basics. are you sure you have spark at the spark plug!!!! do you have gas getting to the spark plug??? try cranking it with out any electric and see if spark plugs r wet after???? if the code indicates lean then gas is the issue. hope you get it figured out.

P.S check the fuel pressure.

i just change the plugs they were white. what about fuel pressure regulator? dont see gas coming out of it are there any other ways to check it?

Rent a fuel pressure gauge and check the fuel pressure.

K I went. Out and got a fuel pressure tester it reads 36 when turn key. 32 when its running and when I pull the hose off fuel pressure regulator it reads 40 to 41 psi I know 32 is low what could it be?

pump or regulator. I've never done diagnostic I would probably just replace the pump. Never replaced a regulator myself. Could be the problem though. Maybe someone will chime in with the diagnostic steps..

rock auto has the motorcraft regulator for 45 bucks.. looks like a fairly easy part to install..
