Wierd thing started today

I have a 2008 F150 FX2 Supercrew. I activated the right turn signal and noticed it blinking "really fast". The left turn signal is normal. What the heck is that all about? Just started doing that today. It didn't do it just once. It's been blinking especially fast all day. Do I have an electrical problem brewing? Thanks

Pretty much ever since there were automatic turn signals, which indeed would be decades, actually quite a few.

2001 f150- When you put on the left turn signal the hazard flashers come on on both sides in the back but not in the front. The outside cab light also flashes. When you step on the brakes all lights stop.
