I have a 2006 5.4 so I know I have the spark plugs that are going to break. I'm coming up on 70,000 miles so I figured I'll go ahead and get new ones now and maybe I'll have less break than if I wait longer. I don't know much about the different kinds of plugs. So what are the best kind to get that will last the longest?
