It's pretty standard to **** a few poeple off when you've helped thousands.

I didn't see it that way. Sometimes it takes someone to tell it how it is when it comes to arrogance. When you devote the amount of time to helping people as he did, it comes with the job. Only a handful put in the work he does when it comes to supporting this forum. Countless hours pouring over schematics, diagrams, pictures, part numbers etc. And for what... nothing in return other than the gratitude of the people you help. People are just to thin skinned anymore.

I saw it that way. He was knowledgeable but very rude. Sometimes if you have nothing nice to say- don't say anything at all. Reading through various threads it's sort of a trend. I could understand a few here and there. I read one where he gave info- the OP asked another question he got offended and edited his post and removed the information. Not bashing but definitely my opinion.

I will miss him myself. Never had an issue with him. Seen him go off on people but most times they had it coming. The board is much less with him gone. Actually it might be better for him if he moves on all thing must end. There will come a day when I've had enough here to. Its the way things go. I wish jbrew well what ever it is he does. Hope he is happy.

Same here. Just didn't like to see it go the way it did. Not saying that he was let down but he left here feeling that was the case. Wish him luck myself.

The guy has an incredible amount of practical knowledge about these trucks. Learning from people like that is the main reason I come here...

JBREW thought it was perfectly ok to rip into people, but when he got a little constructive criticism such as chill out- he got offended and left. Like the kid who takes his football home when the QB gives the ball to another player. Personnaly I wish he would return but not rip into people. If everyone had his knowledge and mechanical aptitude there would be no need for the forum.

I use the forum for 2 reasons, technical advice and enjoyment. I believe we should all get along and enjoy the forum ( although I am not a sit around the camp fire and sing Kumbiya guy). There is enough BS in daily life that the forum should not be another source of aggravation.
