Angry Vacuum Problem

A couple weeks ago I had a blow-out of the left front tire on my 1998 F150 4X2. By the time I got pulled over the shreaded tire had completely distroyed the inner liner. The problem I'm having is that there were some vacuum lines that went into the wheel well and whatever they were attached to is now gone. The vacuum lines come from the fire wall beside the starter relay cover. There are 4 lines. After it happened to AC vents would not open, my son-in-law used a piece of vacuum hose and jumped 2 of the lines together to get the AC to work. I've looked on-line at Ford Parts and they only show the lines going to the front differential of a 4X4. Does anyone know what these lines go to? I can buy the bundle of lines from Ford for about $165.00 but that doesn't help if they aren't connected to something. I have the replacement inner liner but don't want to put it on until I can fix the vacuum problem. I've looked at other F150's but not a 98 and they are newer and different. Any help would be appreciated.
