i need some help to answer my questions for my 2003 5.4 2v engine.

are there some different at the two camshaft?
are the camshaft with the timing mark and the raised metal for drivers side?
and the one just with the timing mark for the passenger side?

i can only turn the engine a half round on the camshaft, is that because of a mistiming cams?
