Something short the lines to injectors
2000 F150 4.6L V8 with the driver's side fuel injectors not working. The whole rail with 4 injectors showed no NOID lights, but the spark plugs still spitting sparks.
I checked all wires for continuity from ECU plug to injector plug, they were good.
What could be wrong ?

If it's only one side I would suspect the ECU has an issue especially if you already confirmed continuity on that side. You should check for continuity from ECU to injector connector which you did already and also confirm there is no continuity from the injector connector to GND on the positive signal pin. Just because you have continuity from ECU to injector connector doesn't mean that you don't also have a short to GND in the cable but it would be a really odd way for it to fail on all 4 injectors at the same time.
you can have good continuity and still have a short to ground. check for resistance from the power pin to ground to test for a short to ground
Check near the bulk connector just above the drivers frame rail, split open the loom, and check for any chaffed wires.

No, I was right all along. It sure was the brain of the truck. The ECU has shorted out on one of the chips that controls the fuel injectors on the driver's bank.
I paid $199 for the ECU programmed from autoecuexchange.com and another $85 for the locksmith to reprogram the keys and the beast woke up from its 8months sleep.
I towed some 400 miles on it already and still running strong, but it has service lights of P141 and some O2 sensor being hot.
