At this point, it appears you're just grasping at straws and wasting time.

There is no magic fix. Take it to a shop with a skilled mechanic and pay to have it done. You're in over your head.

Not even that the DPFE may be the problem and not the EGR itself ???? You just want someone here to tell you exactly what part to change without any effort on your part. The only way to get good at anything is to put some of your own sweat equity into the problem....Bye.

i changed the dpfe at the same time i changed the egr. thats why im confused on how it still reads the same code after i had it cleared. im not looking for someone to come fix it for me. but i figure if someone has been through this before they could give me some advice. im sure the cylinder 6 misfire will go away when i change the plugs and wires. its just the egr im having issues with. thanks guys

Do you have the hoses from the DPFE to the EGR tube on correctly? that will trip the code. Have you checked to make sure those tubes coming from the EGR pipe are not blocked?

Did you get the DPFE at auto zone? Its recommended that you only use Motorcraft DPFE's If you got an auto zone one you need to get a ford one and try to take the auto-zone part back.
