Help my only ride is in bad shape?
Yea, do it yourself and save some money. Properly grease the boots and you shouldnt have any troubles. You want to remove the boot from the cop, grease the bottom/inside of the boot, slide the boot back on, pull the spring end out a little and clean the grease off the spring end

sounds easy unfortunately I'm a visual learner? looking at the coils last night all 7 I could reach wiggle a bit? should they be tighter? I've got the haynes manual but it doesnt really describe how to do it?
There is a bolt that holds each coil down to the head. Use a 8mm socket if I remember right. Remove the bolt, unplug the coil and wiggle/turn out. Install new one same way in reverse. Try to push it straight on the spark plug. There is a boss on the head that that keeps the coil from turning when you bolt it back down.

So I just replaced the #5 & #6 coils and nothing changed?
ran the exact sequence as stated earlier and pulled Identical codes in the same sequence
and now I have and engine light as well which I didnt have before? what else can cause those misfires?

What plugs did they put in? What brand cop's did you install? They are adjacent cylinders, next check for me would be compression if the coils are known good and the plugs are 2 weeks old. Injectors could be an issue also so if you get a chance, swap 5 and 6 with known good ones, clear the pcm and see if it follows.
I forget the Brand off hand.. he said they were the best he could find ... the coils were BWD from Advance Auto Parts... the only ones I could find immediately.. plan was to install those 2 then order the ones from ebay and replace them all... but now I'm still sitting with the same issues.... and I'm afraid to drive it 40 miles to the shop that did the plugs so they can go thru there work!???
I'm about 100% they were not motorcraft! I want to think they were platinum plugs.. really expensive I know that much? I meant to grab my truck folder to bring to work today so I had that info with me... but 16 hour days and working on the truck in the dark and pouring rain has left me a little haggard!!!
Could I pull the plugs on 5 & 6 and see anything? they shouldn stick/ break only being in there for 1,000 miles huh?

I would pull all the COPS and make sure that the shop put the retaining bolts back on each COP. I would also pull each boot off the COP and check the spring and boot for damage or arcing. A couple of your coils are probably fried already but maybe not. They may have just not plugged them into the harness completely as ometimes it's hard to get the connector plugged in completely.
So after work in the dark once again I checked a couple things.......
the 2 coils I replaced dont wiggle much like the others...retaining bolts all on
I lost my little packet of dielectric grease the other night and while looking for it notice a black oil filter???? I changed my oil (mobile 1) and filter Motorcraft (WHITE) 2 days before the plugs were done!! I told the mechanic that I had a new windshiel put in a day ago and had performed an oil change as well...
1. why would they do an oil change? they said they would top of all fluids...but really?
2. think that ****ty oil filter could be a cause ? my cam phasers have been going full blown since 55,000 mi. and now that i think about it that deisel sound may have gone away? any chance my phasers are done?
