My ac smells very bad when I first turn it on, How can I fix it?

If it smells musty try turning it to "vent" with the fan on high for 30 sec. befor you turn the truck off. This has a chance to dry out any moisture left in the ducts. Also shoot some Lysol in there too

Do a search for either AC smells bad or AC smells, or something along that reference. There were quite alot of posts about that at one time. Most likely there is mold in the ducting. That should point you in the right direction.
