PLUG CHANGE TROUBLE?of course..

Alright,

I am on my fifth plug and three are out but two feel like they are just 'spinning"..is this the symptom of a broken plug in these heads? if so, how do i "break" it to use this tool (3v broken plug remover NAPA)..

Thanks!!!

Crank it back down until it spins freely the other way.

Use a long tip needle nose pliars....gently but firmly pull up on the plug.....the heat shield and part of the porcalin will be left but that's what the special tool is used for....
