what is COPS stand for?

greetings all,
im very uneducated on mechanics, so thanks for the help so far. my 05, f150, super crew, 5.4 4x4 started idling rough after getting cheap gas. i think idle should be about 650 rpm on gauge, but rumbles down to 500 every few seconds at a light. but will throttle up ok. so i changer the fuel filter after learning how on here, and sprayed out the MAF above throttle body{also after seeing it suggested and how to on here}, but cam across the acronym COPS, and to clean or replace them...what is that???????? and were is it, and what does it do?

thanks very much.
alex b.

COP=Coil On Plug

Try cleaning your Throttle Body also.....

Also there's an issue with 2005's having bad injectors.....click link>>>https://www.f150online.com/forums/v8...ram-07m08.html

I have seen both used. I think Coil On Plug is more accurate. Even Ford uses Coil On Plug:
