ROUGH IDLE for 2004 f150 small 8

My truck idles rough but not always, any one else have this problem?

Any suggestions?

It seems that when I use premium it doesn't do this as much.

Help is appreciated.

rough idle

It's 2004, with 185,000 on it, small 8.
