when I start up my truck it sounds like a every value in the motor is falling out
it does not last long buts it is very noisy. I have a 2003 5.4l . Any thoughts on what could be going on ,

 

Do you happen to have Fram or a cheap lube place oil filter on it?

 

Yes I use fram oil filter and royal purple

 

Get the Fram off there. They are known to let the bypass check valve collapse and you have no oil on top of the engine at crankup. They are the kiss of death for Fords. There have even been a couple that have come apart and stopped up oil passages. Get a Motorcraft, Purolator or Wix.
