I ordered a set of Global COPs a week ago. When I talked to them on the phone to order, they told me that I should get them in 4-5 days here in Canada. No problem. But they did seem to be unsure of how the cross border shipping thing works with duty and so on. Anyway, I have been trying to call them to check order status, and no one answers. Is this typical?

 

Yes, their customer service can be pretty shaky at times.

They are probably sitting in a Canadian customs warehouse awaiting processing.
