1990 5.0 H.O. swap

I have a 1990 F-150 XLT lariat 4x4 with 5.0 and 5 speed manual, and was wondering what challenges I might encounter if I was to swap in a 5.0 H.O. out of a Lincoln Mark 7 LSC with an AOD? I know that I'll have to swap over the intake, oil pan, flywheel and accessories, but dont know what else to be ware of, I have the lincoln complete so any other parts such as the computer and wiring harness are there if I need them for the transfer any advice any advice would be greatly appreciated

You shouldn't have any issue with it at all. I've swapped roller cam H.O. motors into a few different trucks. Don't forget the timing cover. Basically, you'll need every gasket but the head gaskets.

Your computer will run that motor just fine.
