Multiple Misfire

I have a 2000 F150 with the Triton 5.4 engine. I started having what seemed like misfires that just happenned ocasionally. Ordered a new set of coils and plugs and replaced them. Almost immediately the engine started cutitng back again after the swap of coils and plugs. It started coding with a cylinder 2 misfire. Went back with one of the old coils in cylinder 2 to try and stop the problem. After this the engine really started to act up. Cutting back under all conditions. It finally coded again and after checking the code it showed "Multiple Misfire" on my code reader. I am at a loss as what to check next or what could be wrong. Any ideas??

What plugs and cop's did you install? How were the cop's installed? As far as dielectric grease and what not.
