So i just my my pickup back from the shop a week ago. The cam phazers went out and i had them both replaced. The mechanic said there was some metal bedre in the engine and he tried to get it all out. Now it runs good most of the time but yesterday it was clicking very loud. Sounds like the phazers again. Then it quit doing today adn havnt noticed it since. Any ideas of what could be doing this, the dealership didnt really know and wants to charges tons to check it out off course. I have a 2004 f150 v8 with the roush supercharger. Any help is appreciated.
