Head heat sensor location on 5.4?

Head heat sensor location on 5.4?

Please help...Where is the head heat sensor located on a 2001 f-250 5.4 triton?

I think that is a knock sensor above.

Check out this picture of the passenger head.

What year/engine is that? My CHT sensor is on the drivers front side head (99 5.4L). I know the heads were casted the same left and right and the rear passenger had the same location but have never seen it used. That and your intake ports are different shaped. Must be a 3v...

Yup it is a 3v.

MGD, got me on the first one! I didn't see the image was reversed.

Did you notice it has TWO knock sensors. Haven't seen that yet lol. I think their both knocks, -looks that way IMO.

I tried fixing that by making the albums pubic. Old albums, but that should of worked.

I did basically pass out for a few days, after digging myself out and a few others. Luckily, I was at home.
