Help with spark plugs and wires.

Time for new plugs and wires in 97 F-150 4.6L. Not sure if I should use Motorcraft or other brand such as Bosch. I hear great things about Bosch plugs. Any suggestions?

Best to stick with MOTORCRAFT. The old wired 4.6 does not like other brand wire or plugs. Its a 97 and your running stock wires right? why would you change when they have lasted this long? Get them at rockauto.com for a nice discount.

You didn't hear that here, that's for sure lol. Stick with Motorcraft and you'll be alright. Torque the plugs @ 28' lbs.

Plugs: Motorcraft SP432, .054 gap, no antiseize, torque to 28 ft/lb.
Wires: Motorcraft WR5934.

Make sure you use dielectric grease in the boots, both ends.
