What size injectors for this kind of motor build?

I am thinking I will be on the path of a stock short block but with the ford racing ported heads and hot rod cams with a intake and LT header exhaust system. I am wondering now what size injectors do I need to get? Same as stock...slightly larger?

Also are the 5.4 3v injectors the same kind as the 4.6 3v mustang GT injectors? I have my stock ones I pulled out of my 2006 mustang that have only a couple thousand miles on them...I forget the size but they probably flow more than the trucks...just dont know if they fit?

What color are the Stang injectors ? That will usually tell you what that are.

19lb covers 285bhp
24lb covers 360bhp
30lb covers 450bhp

You have to think "Duty Cycle" with injectors.

Here's a color chart from Ford Racing -

I think they are the 24 lb/hr...they are blue. I wasnt sure if it was the same style injector as the oem f150 19 lb/hr.

I dont know if I would be at or over the 285 rwhp with the setup im looking at to overpower stock 19's but I have these and they were only in my mustang for a few thousand miles and have just been sitting in a box. When I rebuild the motor if the mustang ones would work I would probably put them in since the stock ones on the truck now have 140k on them.
