2001 F150 Cranks but will not start

I have a 2001 F150 5.4 Supercrew Lariat. It intermittently after driven somewhere a long enough distance for everything to get up to temp will crank but not start. If I disconnect both battery cables for a few minutes it starts up. I have replaced the PATS transceiver. Any ideas as to what else this could be????

Won't turn over, or it turns over and won't start? Check the fuel pressure with a gauge, you can "borrow" one from most parts stores, 28 psi minimum.
