check engine light on 2001 SCrew

My check engine light came on and when I had it checked it says that my O2 sensors are bad on bank 1 and bank 2. Has anybody changed out there changed them and if so how hard is it?

What are the exact P-codes? I'm betting that they are P0171 and P0174, which means your O2 sensors are just fine. Check for vacuum leaks, especially the PCV elbow behind the intake manifold.

Is there a way I can check for a vacuum leak myself?

So what codes did you get. You need to post O2 codes so we can inform you correctly. Never-mind, -so they are PO171/174 ? Yea, just follow your PCV line, all the way back. This elbow is what you should check -

Yea , I caught that after the fact, my bad. That pic above shows the elbow that usually leaks, - the one back by the firewall.

Wow that little thing!! Thank you so much for the great pic. I will check it out. Does it usually crack or develop a small hole?

It cracks, gets soft and rots, develops holes, all the above.

Right, cracks, holes, it leaks. You have an 01 model, so yours connects to the throttle body elbow and it's a little different than the pic posted above. Ford improved it on your model, but not by much since they still go to hell back there and leak. Just want to say, yours is a little different.

Yeah, mine was hell to replace. I had little pieces of fiberglass in my knuckles from the insulation on the firewall for days! Itched like crazy.... thanks Ford!!
