when u did the gotts mod did u cut off the mufflers?

All you are going to accomplish by cutting off the mufflers is make more noise. It's not really going to improve performance. If you want to do it right, get a proper cat-back system and high flow cats.

You must be talking about the intake mufflers? I'm not sure if there are any real gains. Some say it creates an intake drone at certain speeds or under tow/load.

Fuel filter change has seemed to help. The truck is running alot smoother with more acceleration,not sure of my mpg yet but i can't help but think it will be improved also
