Help help!!
im new to the ford game, well kinda, ive had my 2002 f150 4.6 since feb. this year, its ran perfectly fine untill the other day. Its been running rough like it is misfiring on one of the cylinders. i have a sct tuner on it and thats it, the rest of the truck is stock. ive been reading about replacing the plugs but looked at the moter and seen what looked like coil packs on top of wehre the plugs are. does that mean there are no plug wires to be replaced? if i just replace the plugs should i be running fine again? please help. the truck has 183,000 on it and the plugs were last changed at 100,000 miles ( i know this because i bought the truck from my step-dad and he was the only owner and too excellent care of it).
