'91 f150

gotta '91 f150 with 302 auto, it runs great at start Up when cold...when it gets to operating temp it starts missing, check engine light comes on , stall out hard to start seems starved for fuel at full throttle, oil pressure gauge drops to zero.....HELP!

The oil pressure gauge is a fake, so whatever it does is virtually meaningless until you confirm it with a mechanical gauge. But I wouldn't advise deleting the original gauge, OR permanently installing a mechanical - just use the mech gauge under the hood until you determine what the real pressure is. Afterward, the best move is to make the original actually work, as described in this caption & those linked in it:
