Truck is hard starting

Just retired from work and I don't use my F150 (4x4 triton V-8, regular cab) that much. I started my truck every two weeks. I noticed that I have a hard time getting it to run. I already changed spark plugs and coil but it still have a hard time starting. Today, the truck didnot run or start at all. I don't know what to do, i don't have the slightest idea why it won't start. Could you please help me out!!

You still have left out information. What year is it, which V-8 engine, and how many miles on it? When was the last time you changed the fuel filter?
