what cams to get? 5.4 2 valve

i have a 01 and i want to get cams something to get more low end torque and a real good lope at idle which ones will work with stock springs and not require a custom tune?

my truck is an 01 4x4 has cold air and no cats with true dual 2.5 into dual inlet dual out muffler

can anyone can point me in the right direction?

that other one says comp stage 2 cam but if you go on there web site it says nothing about stages

can you get away with not having a custom tune?

#1 you need to understand how cams work, before you make your decision do some more research

#2 what you wan't probably won't happen

#3 an aggresive cam will cost you low end torque and require a custom tune and probably injector changes as well

#4 majority of aftermarket cams require you to change the valve springs and tune 'em

#5 check out the Crower SUV cam, it appears to the closest thing to what you want
