glc is offering good advice. there have been several horror stories where members took their truck to a long time trusted mechanic and they had no clue what they were getting into. They did not know to follow the TSB and made a mess of the job.

 

Well im going to let them know about the apperent breaking issues of the spark plugs. That apears to be the only big issue with these plugs. But im sure they have an extractor like all legit garages should. the guy charges $65 and hour and he estimates it to be 2-2.5 hours worth of work. If its a little more thats fine even if its a $100 more, still cheaper then the dealer. They just have a lot of kids out of college working there and i'd rather take it to a garage that i know and trust.
