Low Idle Miss

Is a low idle miss some sort of serious engine problem. I am asking because I am trying to find a truck and one of the ones I'm looking at says it has a low idle miss, but smoothes out past about 30 mph. Is that something serious?

Fixed this issue just 2 days ago

I have the exact same engine. Figure out which cylinder is misfiring and replace the coil and plug that correspond with that cylinder. If you are not sure which cylinder is which it is

4 8
3 7
2 6
1 5

this is if your are looking at the engine from the front of the truck. Once you figure out which cylinder is misfiring and replace these things it will run like a champ again
