Lightbulb Spark plugs?

I just hit 100k in my truck and I'm trying to figure out what's the best choice for new spark plugs in my 4.6 2v. I have no idea what to use. What have you guys used for spark plugs when you changed them?

1. OEM Motorcraft.
2. Denso Iridium IT-16's.
3. If running boost: IT-20's

PS - before glc jumps in - 28ft-lbs, DRY ( no anti-seize)

There are no tricks to changing the plugs on a 4.6 2v. Very straight forward.

To the OP: You put 100,000 on a set of plugs and want to know what plug to use? Use the same one you take out! Motorcraft. How could one be any better?

Yeah, I grinned when I wrote that and started to change it. Then thought, no, there is only one goofus on here with such a twisted mind to catch that.

Apples and oranges. The 5.4 3v is nothing at all like the 4.6 2v. Totally different plugs and head design.

Yep - for the price per plug - can't be beat, Denso's are pricey.
