Will a 4.6 W interchange with a 4.6 6

I have a 97 F150 4x4 Extended Cab with a 4.6W Auto, and just picked 97 F150 4x4 with a 4.6 6 (I am guessing as there is no W in the Vin Number) Standard. The motor in this wrecked truck runs great was wondering if this motor will interchange with a 4.6W, or what do I have to do to make it work, since I have the other truck I have all the parts.

I think the flywheel might be different, but don't quote me on that.

I would have to switch the fly wheel anyways as the parts truck is standard and my truck is a automatic, unless the bolt pattern is different.
