my 99 f-150 has just pushed a cylinder head repair kit out of number 3 cylinder again. i think that may the last of that for that head. its manufacture date is 12-11-1998 in windsor. im pretty sure its non PI. I have a 2002 4.6l mustang engine on the ground. will these heads interchange if i put a PI intake manifold on them on my 5.4???...please help....im stranded.....again!!

 

yes...


however you may have some clearance issues with the oil filler tube if they are romeo heads...


you can also run those heads with your NPI intake if you use the HPS adapters...


if not there's several 5.4 PI intakes available phil6608 has one he's willing to sell and I have a spare I might be willing to part with
