Motor swappage update
No weird noise's? Most likely something basic. You could put on the e-brake put it in gear so the miss is pronounced then remove the plug from each coil until you find the one that doesn't change the way it runs.. Then change the injector coil and plug if necessary.
No weird noises. On the first start up the power steering pump was dry so it was noisy but I topped it off and it went away completely. Sometimes on the drivers side there is a very very light faint rhythmatic ticking noise, like an injector. Very quiet Though other than the heavy stumbling at take off. I'm going to do that... Let it buck under load and try each injector and cop and try to find the one that doesn't change. Otherwise I was thinking injector cleaner or just swap back to my old fuel rail/injectors.
Just drove it 10 miles home with speeds from 30-55 and no CEL yet either

Injector on passenger side far back is the only injector that doesn't make a difference when unplugged. The rest were noticeable, along with the cop's. Going to change it out here in a bit. Went ahead and put a little seafoam in the gas tank to help clean the others up that might not be flowing 100%.
I also noticed that the pcv valve elbow is collapsed while the truck is running. Not sure what that means but I'm going to change it out since the rubber feels a little soft and worn out. (it is the pcv line from the old motor with 122k)

Make sure that EGR valve isn't hanging open on yuh, - give it a few taps, -just in case.
Other than that, -yea - I had a boot buckle inside the chamber on me once. Funny, it didn't squeeze between the plug and the chamber wall, -it folded and did like a u-turn lol. Freakin thing.

Woo, gotta love seafoam. Musta been that injector. Put a little in the tank and took it for a drive. About a mile into the drive that heavy miss smoothed right out while accelerating and all the power came back. Runnin like a champ now. Gas mileage seems to be great. Just gota flush the fluids one more time after a few more miles and it is complete. Thanks again. Will have some pics up of the finished product after I tinker around with the intake tube, gotts mod or whatever its called.
A little over 15 hours total over a stretch of 5 days off and on. It was done last night, with some finish touches today. About 7 coming out, couple hours for cleaning/swapping parts, 3 hours going in and about 3 and a half or so buttoning things up and getting the rest of the parts back on. Had both fender well liners out, skid plate, hood, exhaust... etc. Not bad. 2 guys. My brother helped with pulling it and a buddy took over from there on and helped till it was done.
Hmm, finally got a chance to finish flushing some fluids and took it for a test drive and opened it up. Has a vibration which seems to be coming from the drivetrain somewhere at about 4500-5000 rpms. Pretty heavy. Not a missfire. Only thing I can think of is maybe the flex plate got tweaked somehow during removal or reinstall. I know the tc seated properly and everything is nice and snug. Its the first time Since buying this truck that I've had a chance to open it up like that though because it was knocking, so it could have been there before. Maybe drive line or something. Ill poke around and see what I can find.
