4.6 oil change

Now i just need to get up some $$$ for a 04-08 f150...I like the squarish body style but not the plug spitting... Although the new body styles are alright also...

a buddy of mine, his mom drives a expy and one day i was over and she said "ty do you mind checking my oil? im not sure if it is low or not" i check it...not on the dipstick...i was like umm..its pretty low maybe 1.5 quarts she said "oh ok..well its been a while since ive had it changed" i thought 'a while' was about 8k miles or so..not 24k

yes 24k..i changed it for her..there was only 3.5 quarts in there

What is nbs? And ive seen quite a few posts about spitting/breaking plugs on the 3v motors...And also on the 2v...which i have never experienced..

04-08 5.4's plugs get stuck in the head. They added more threads to the 4.6 2v head and blow out was always rare in the 4.6 anyway.
If you have the 5.4 3v your problem is going to be getting them out..

Oh ok. Ive just seen numerous posts with the breaking plugs on the 3v and spitting on both the 2v and 3v motors but never had any problems with plug spitting on my motor..
