Well, I got my truck back today. This is what the shop did:

Checked brakes- OK, still had 50% more wear.
Rotated tires
Front & rear differential- replaced gear lube (synthetic)
Transfer case replaced fluid.
Transmission fluid replaced (synthetic ATF)
Fuel filter replaced.
Spark plugs and boots replaced
Drive belt replaced.
PCV replaced
Radiator flushed and antifreeze replaced. Checked hoses- all OK.
Yearly state saftey inspection- new wipers (free).

Whew, I am glad that is over with. Now I can just go back to the small stuff.
