spark plug change

Hello, new here. I own a 2003 F150 with 129,000 miles on it with no real issues with it, have been very pleased. I'm reasonably sure it could use a set of plugs. Is there anything else that should be checked/changed ? I have done coolant changes, oil , air filter changes ect.

If you want to do it yourself, you'll save alot of money..I just recently done mine, and asking guys on here helped alot...Get you some Denso Iridium IT16 plugs, and if you want, buy you some coil packs too....Here's the link for the coils, http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/NEW-I...item5886071f9e theses work great, and they're basically OEM, just make sure to use dielectric grease on the inside of the boots (they come apart very easily)....I'm sure I summed up everything, but Im sure someone else will add some more info

Welcome to the site. You should clean the throttle body and MAF.

Use dielectric grease, don't use anti-seize, and make sure all of the O rings stay on the top of the fuel injectors when you remove the fuel rail. Sometimes they like to stay in the fuel rail.

I'd use stock Motorcraft plugs. No antiseize, and torque to 28 ft/lb.

Are you due for tranny and diff fluid changes?
