Valve Tap on Cold Starts?

On my 2008 Expedition with 45K miles I am getting a valve tap noise on cold starts that goes away after 1-2 seconds. I am using Motorcraft filter and Motorcraft 5w-20 semi-synth oil. Started noticing this at about 30K miles. It happens about 50% of the time. Is this normal with these engines? Should I be concerned?

Sounds like the timing chain tensioner losing oil pressure, bleed off. Once the truck is started and pressure builds the noise disappears. Check the video in my sig for more information on the VCT.
