Might Start driving the V8

What do you think is it worth it? I curently got a semi modded V6 but i also got a stock 2004 F150 4.6 Hertiage Single Cab. Has 33000 miles on it.For me to start driving this I would need to:
Switch rims and tires of my V6
Switch Exhaust, i need stock on the V6, anyways the exhaust on my V6 is quite nice.

Insurence would be a little more, but is it even worth the cost for 30 more H.P. and a nice sounding exhaust?
The truck:

Hertiage is half my Dad's and he needs a truck for work.

Plus the big thing is having a V8 sound. Im tired of being made fun of cause I have a V6, when not one truck at the school can beat me. It just pisses me off. Plus I like 2 doors, just means less room to haul people around.

Which truck do you like better? You're going to stop driving the green one cause you're being made fun of?

I think the green one is slick looking (IMO) much better looking than that fleet looking, work truck parked next to it.

If anything (and if your dad will let you ) ditch that after market exhaust on the V6 and put it on the V8.

He wont drive a "loud" truck. I would drop the white one a little and do some PTM and the XLT mirrors. We had some weight in the bed and the truck looked sick. The green one just seems like a dead end. It has some fuel problems, its gets TERRIBLE MPG's, front shocks are broken. I like speed ALOT, but I also like muddin. I am not allowed to mud what-so-ever since sinking my truck nor do I want to. Did I mention I can't even stomp on it in my Green truck, when the little white one if I colum shift it it can chirp 1st to second.

Hmm, you are confusing me a bit now, but I'm not going to worry about making sense of it all. You mentioned that your green truck is the fastest at your school? Yet you can't stomp on it and it's having problems? I do recall your thread about when you sunk that truck, so I'm not surprised now.

If you do get that white one, take good care if this one.

In high school you worry about all the dumb crap.

When I was dating my ex-wife in HS she had a v6 mustang with slowmasters. I hated being in that car with the weak **** V6 exhaust sound, I felt so dumb.

It was bad enough it was a V6, but did she have to advertise it!?

Things you worry about in HS.

Bottom line, use the truck you like, not what your buddies, friends, cousins sisters aunt dad mom grandmoms like.

The green one's nicer. The V8 gives you .4 liters more size. Nicer truck or .4 liters.. I'd take the nicer truck.
