well i got it all fixed. the pickup was infact plugged. bad. got it cleaned and now it runs with oil, but i do have a lifter rattle. also i am getting code p0351 ignition coil circuit and it wont pick up speed after about 3500 it just dies down. i think it may be plugs plus whatever coil or coils are bad.

 

plugs n coils are easy im just happy its finaly runnin now buddy. i think when i build my motor im gonna give that guy a call and have him time it before i put it in...that was a nitemare.
