3 pucks per mount. so about 3 inches of lift. the front bumper i swapped the brackets from side to side and notched them. but my bumper was twisted so it never sat right. and it still sits a little low. on the back originally i swapped to the top hole and only used one bolt. i have a hitch so i don't pull anything with it. now that its down im making plates to adjust them the right way and make them look better. as for lifting the body i used floor jacks and 4x4s and a few buddies. went and bought bolts 3 inches longer and we had it done in a night. i need to get a build thread. where should i put it???

alwright well a litte info here. i bought the truck for 1550 bucks. 240xxx miles. 5.4 completly stock eddie bauer. i got it home and ripped right into it. headers, chip, body lift, tires, e fan, seat covers, gauge pod, stereo, kc 6 inch lights. i need in a bad way a trans cooler. so that will hopefully be next. i want to go with 4.88 gears and a detroit locker in the rear. i have been looking between a 5.4 dohc and a 6.8 v10 i am stuck between what i want.
