lightning swap

hello,
I am new to this forum and ive been reading a lot of the posted questions great info.....I currently have a 2001 F150 lariat w/ a 5.4L triton. I am lookin to do a complete lightning engine swap. is there anything i should know? i know i need ecu, wiring harness, and all that good stuff, my truck already has the 4r100. my gear ratio has been changed to 4.11 in the rear(9.75)and 4.10 in the front (8.8). I have a 6" lift and 2" body lift and 37" pro comp tires mounted on 16" weld racing stone crusher wheels is any of this going to greatly affect the torque created by the SC. any info?? thanks Cutis
