losing coolant

03 F150 5.4 litre, had the coolant flushed,I am now losing coolant and can not find the leak. We pressure tested and still no leak. There is a sweet smell under the hood. No coolant in oil, no oil in coolant. Can anyone help me on this.

If you can smell it (and antifreeze is very discernable like you said...that sweet smell, no mistakin) then it's leaking, externally. It also doesn't take much to be able to pick up on it. Could very possibly be small enough a pressure test would not immediately reveal, especially if it's somewhere isolated or hard to see. But like I said, if you smell it, it's there. I know this wasn't much help, but this should help you to concentrate on an external leak and not in the oil.

I had a leak one time I could smell, so I looked and looked and looked. After about two weeks of smelling it, it just finally got big enough to present itself. It was between the tubes and the side tank. Not saying that's where yours is, just making a point. They can be that small.

Don't the 2V have a problem with leaking at the front (crossover?) into the intake? That way it burns it and it doesn't show an external leak and doesn't show up in the oil because the leak is small enough it burns it rather than going down into the oil. It can be a VERY SMALL leak and still smell the coolant when it's at temperature. Smell the exhaust and see if you smell any sweet smell.

Could it be leaking under the intake in the valley - that pipe coming off the back of the water pump?

Code 58 if I can smell it from the exhaust does that mean it is going in to the intake.
