Power steering fluid change? Yes/No?
Mine use to whine in the winter as well. I pulled the line and flushed w/Amsoil ( had a little left on the shelf), had quite a bit of Royal Purple on hand , - ran that thru her right behind the Amsoil/ reconnected / topped off w/RP. She hasn't made a sound since, that was 2 winters back.
Grease in the winter will freeze as well. When I worked out in the field, they used nothing but Amsoil in the winter. Amsoil was the only grease that wouldn't freeze lol.

Note the reduction in the small particles. Considering the Magnefine is a 35um (absolute) filter, all that small stuff must be ferrous and is being intercepted by the magnet. Note also that this was only 289 miles!

Ummm yeah. This makes TOTAL sense to about <5% of the readers here. If you're going to post your brilliance...explain it.

I'm not bagging anyone. I just think if this kind of tech-heavy stuff is posted, it needs to be explained especially by senior/reputable members. Usually it's the newbies who who post stuff like this without explaining what they're posting because they don't know but want to seem like a master mechanic. I have no idea what um ratings are nor what signifigance they carry but would like to...and quoting is not my strong suit.

Your answers could have come a coupla ways:
1- It's spelled G-O-O-G-L-E. Type in, "what is UM?" and see what comes up. About 10 seconds worth of work. You could also have tried, "what is ISO code?" Ten minutes of reading... all would have been revealed.
2- Ask a reasonable question with some respect.
Remember this. At least $150 was spent getting those definitive, objective lab results. You got them for free.
