Truck Won't Turn over

Exclamation Truck Won't Turn over

so i got a custom tune that took the pats off and everything...Put the key in turn it you can hear the fuel pump go off...and then nothing...the truck is pulling this code...P1232 Fuel pump speed primary circuit malfunction...what causes this to happen and could this cause the truck not to turn

could it be a bad fuel pump relay do they go bad?

it also says P1232 Fuel pump speed primary circuit malfunction( two speed fuel pump)...i only have the one after market fuel pump that Phil told me to get.

Does it start without the custom tune installed?

no because it has PATS on it..so i got the custom tune to get rid of the PATS

So, you don't have the PATS key then?

I'm not familar with the PATS setup, but my guess is that there is some other piece to the PATS system other then the computer that is acting as a secondary 'check' of some sort??

Do you know where the starter solenoid switch is? If you do short the two exposed terminals. The starter should turn the engine over. be sure it is in P or N. Does it turn?
