fixing spun bearings w/out pulling engine?

just need to know if this is possible or not?

It would be easier to pull the engine if its possible to do it at all. Doing all that work and having a risk of it not turning out just wouldnt be worth it. You oughta look for a nice used motor, You can get them for around a grand and if you dont want to do the R&R you should be able to find a shop who will do it for under a grand. 2 grand problems fixed for sure.

It's possible to lick your elbow clean, but it's not comfortable or efficient.

Not really, no. When the bearings get damaged, so does the crank. It kinda defeats the purpose to replace the bearings but not address the crank.

I'd say half and half, If it's main bearing's then NO but if it's rod bearing's then Yes depending if you can drop the oil pan by jacking up the engine to gain clearance ??

I've done that before only as a temp fix because it may work or you may just spin the bearing again. Excessive clearance, groove or out of round throw may require crankshaft machining and under size bearings to fix it.
