i talked to troyer performance about getting a e fan kit for my 09 5.4..they said they have never test fitted an 09 and would like for me to drive to them and see what they can do....i told them 7 hours is too far for me ...is the 08 that much different from the 09?....their kits fit 04-08 with no problem so im hoping they can fit an 09 with no modification...

 

You really should make the trip to their shop. I am sure that they want to use your vehicle for a "test" if you will and will surely compensate you for it.
Might be well worth your time and trouble.
