changig coil packs

Can you guys tell me if it's a good idea to chang the coil packs and plugs on my 05 5.4l at 85k miles . Thge reason i ask is im getting a slite hesitation when i 1st press on the gas pedal .
I also had the check engine light come on, but all i did was tighten the gas cap and diconnected the battery to reset and it never came back.

Plugs, yes - but be aware of the sticking/breaking issue and follow the TSB. Coils - not necessarily but it wouldn't hurt. If you do change the plugs, use the latest Motorcrafts, and if you change the coil packs, get a set off Ebay, don't pay the small fortune others will cost.
