windsor to romeo swap 4.6

I have a 97 f150 with a blown motor (windsor) I also have a 03 f150 motor (romeo) that I would like to swap out. My question is what do I need to do in order to make this swap work properly. I know there are differences in the flywheels and intake manifolds but I'm not sure what I would need to do in order to make these parts work. Also I would like to know if there are other parts that I need to be aware that are different as well as how to make the parts work.

Thanks

Your 03 engine uses COP ingntion and your 97 uses Coil pack. You will need to use the coil pack ignition. Your 03 engine might not have the engine coolant temperature sensors that your 97 has. You will need to tap the crossover on the intake manifold or your PCM will not be able to read coolant temp and your instrument cluster will not show the temp. The knock sensor will be different use your 97 one. Use the 97 engine harness.
